Co-ordinating Director

The District Co-ordinating Director (DCD) is the administrative      head of the Municipal Assembly.

The DCD is responsible for the coordination, harmonization, organization and implementation of the policies and programmes of the  Municipal  Assembly. 

The DCD ensures effective and efficient management of the resources of the  Municipal  Assembly. 

The DCD serves as the Chief Policy Advisor to the  Municipal Chief Executive (DCE).

The DCD serves as the Secretary to the General Assembly and chairs the District Planning and Coordinating Unit (DPCU).
